Statute of ALL SLAVENIC UNION of eBulgaria - ASU - (ENGLISH VERSION)

STATUTE I.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

ALL SLAVIC UNION of e Bulgaria (ASU for short) is a political party active in the area eBulgaria. Party Headquarters in Sofia, Sofia Region. ASU has its own logo and seal. Logo consists of the label with stylized arms Glory of Slavic countries in the background. The seal is identical to the logo.

Article 2

Article 3

II. Membership

Article 5

Article 6

Article 8

Article 9

III. PARTY BODIES

Article 11

PRESIDENT PARTY

Article 13

Article 14
The President is elected by party mechanisms games between applicants. The candidate with the most votes becomes the new president of the party. Article 20

IV. PARLIAMENTARY AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

Article 21
At least 7 days before parliamentary elections, the General Assembly has two-thirds vote to bring any change program for the upcoming elections. Article 22

Article 24
